'I loved working with Kelly, his musicality and voice for this album is incredibly  emotive, the paintings emerged as soulscapes feeling my way through the music and lyrics translating into colour and symbolism. A unique and beautiful project to be invited to be part of.' 

 

I’m thrilled to announce that I have recently collaborated with musician Kelly Jones frontman of the  Stereophonics, interpreting his new solo album  ‘Inevitable Incredible’.

 

Kelly purchased 'Nocturne', a painting from my piano series a few years back which inspired him to reconnect with the piano and write this soulful and cinematic album in a remote recording studio in Norway. Sending his lyrics and recordings to me in Edinburgh, I began sketching out ideas translating Kelly’s musical compositions into a body of work; a series of original works and sketches evolved. Two paintings were selected by Kelly when he popped by the studio.

 

To celebrate the launch of the album and our collaboration, we will be releasing two limited edition giclee prints signed by both of us.
